Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in resellable condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Custom or personalized pieces are eligible for exchange only.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Click "Refund & Return Policy" in the footer of our website.
- Enter your email address and order number.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Submit your request.
Once approved, a free return shipping label will be emailed to you immediately.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the returned item. Please allow 1–3 business days for your bank to complete processing.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.
Damaged, Lost, or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately so we can assist.
