Refund policy

At Banglez Bazar, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, returning it is simple and straightforward.

Our Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to return most items.

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include: Personalized or custom pieces, and gift cards,

Returning your item is easy through our return portal:

Log in to your account: https://shopify.com/14617650/account
Enter your email and click Continue.
Check your email for the six-digit verification code and enter it on the site.
Select the order you want to return.
Pick the items to return (if your order has multiple items).
Select a reason for the return and add a note (optional).
Click Request Return.

Once approved (usually within 4 hours), you’ll receive a free return shipping label and instructions.

After your return is received, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours, with up to 48 additional hours for your bank to post the credit.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the returned item.

If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 24–48 hours of receiving the return.
