Yes, we are happy to announce we have extended our shipping demographics to Canada and United Kingdom.
Do you have a physical location?
No, we are an online company and have been in business for 10 years, but we have taken great strides to make your online shopping experience with us a pleasant one.
What are your shipping charges?
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of the item, where you are shipping to and how quickly you want your item(s) to arrive. We also have Free Shipping when applicable.
What shipping methods do you use?
During check out, you will be given the opportunity to select USPS options or use a promo code for Free Shipping when applicable.
How often do you have Free shipping?
We have free shipping periodically throughout the year, or sign up for our newsletter and receive a promo code for free shipping. We sometimes offer free international shipping on our precious pearls.
How soon do you ship after an order is placed?
We ship your item(s) 48 hours after your order is placed and credit card approval is obtained.
We do not ship on Sundays and national holidays, we follow the U.S. postal service schedule.
Continental US orders are shipped via USPS. All continental US orders must ship to a physical address, please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, however all of your items will come in a leather gift pouch
What is your return policy?
In the rare event that you are unhappy with your item(s), we've made our Return & Exchange policy as simple as possible. We will accept exchanges or returns provided the merchandise is not damaged or stained. You may exchange your order for another item or return your order for a full refund (exception of shipping) within 21 days of the order date. Refunds and exchanges will be given 24 to 72 hours after merchandise is received. Before exchanging or refunding an order, please send us an email with the receipt we provided letting us know about what action you would like to take.
There are no refunds on clearance items.

Do you collect sales tax and, if so, where and what %?
Yes, we collection 7% sales tax in NJ for NJ customers, with the exception of clothing.
